Randolph College runners have earned a reputation of consistent improvement and exceeding their expectations as student athletes by training the WILDCAT WAY. Learn the principles that Coach Purrington applies to his 5K training programs that have developed faster\, stronger\, and more efficient runners. \nRunners of ALL abilities will benefit from Coach Ryan Purrington’s presentation. \nRegistration is FREE for current Lynchburg Road Runner Club members and $5.00 for non-members. \nThis virtual presentation will be available to registered participants via ZOOM. Login Information will be shared with participants at noon and 5pm the day of the presentation.

DESCRIPTION:Starting at SnoFlex\, The  King of the Mountain 2 mile challenge is a trail run that will challenge the mountain goat in all of us. Mile one is a quad buster down hill for approximately 1 mile and then….goes straight up the side of Liberty Mountain to our mountain top finish! The view is amazing! This event is presented by Liberty University Outdoor Recreation.
