Celebrate National Trails Day by participating in a 5K race on High Bridge Trail State Park sponsored by Centra Southside Community Hospital. The park is a rail to trail conversion and is a wide, level surface with virtually no grade. Course travels over the world famous High Bridge. Event is limited to 200 participants.
Your invited to the "HumanKind 5k Course Preview". This is a great opportunity to scout out one of the most scenic and historic road race courses in Lynchburg before raced day Sat. June 16th. The fun starts at 6pm. All abilities are welcome. Hydration available at the start/finish.
