DESCRIPTION:Your participation in the Bishop Virtual 5K Race Against Hunger support the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. During this unprecedented time in the modern world\, people all across the country are struggling to make ends meet and put food on the table. Food banks do an amazing job at supporting their communities and feeding the less fortunate. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic\, food banks are struggling more than ever! \nYou are invited to participate in a virtual 5K. Participants choose a 5K (3.1 mile course) to run or walk anytime between May 17th and May 23rd. Participation and/or your result will be uploaded to our results page. Those registered by May 10th are guaranteed an event t-shirt.
