DESCRIPTION:The historic Genworth Virginia 10 Miler will celebrate its 44th year on September 22-23\, 2017. Join more than 4\,000 runners on a historic course that has hosted participants from around the globe. The 2017 Genworth Virginia 10 Miler will be the National Championship for the Road Runners Club of America. \nThe festivities begin Thursday night with packet pick-up\, and continue Friday evening with the Amazing Mile Children’s Run\, and a fun family-friendly festival. On Saturday\, thousands will take part in the 10 mile run\, 4 mile run\, and 4 mile walk.
