DESCRIPTION:It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that the Lynchburg Road Runners and Riverside Runners have arranged for Dr. Owen Anderson (Coach & Author) to provide a one hour seminar on ‘running form’ to club members\, Tuesday February 2nd at 7:00 pm EST via Zoom. This is a private event for Lynchburg Road Runner Club Members and FREE to current Club members. Participants will have opportunities to ask questions at the conclusion of his presentation. We hope that you will take advantage of this unique and invaluable opportunity. \nNEW FOR 2021!  HAVE YOUR RUNNING FORM ANALYZED BY DR. OWEN ANDERSON\nThose that register have a unique opportunity for individual analysis and instruction. Seminar registrants can film themselves in slow motion using their cell phone camera and submit the video via text to Dr. Anderson. Instructions will be sent in the confirmation email when you register. \nCOST: \nFREE – Lynchburg Road Runners Club Members\nMembership must be current on seminar date.
