DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the 12th running of the IRON 5k Run/Walk\, presented by IRON Lives. This traditional road course is on the streets through the town of Amherst\, Virginia. This is a road course with a finish on the track at Amherst County High School. \nThis event will benefit IRON Lives youth programming throughout Central Virginia and is in collaboration with the Show Up Amherst initiative. Show Up for your community\, your family\, and yourself as you participate in the IRON 5k Run/Walk on Sunday May 5th\, 2024.  \n
