SUMMARY:No Runner Left Behind Trail Fun Run
DESCRIPTION:Join the Blue Ridge Trail Runners in the far corner of the SnowFlex parking lot on Candlers Mountain for a Monday fun run. This run is usually 5 miles and while the route is not marked participants wait for everyone at each turn. This is much more of a relaxed pace compared to the Blue  Ridge Trail Runners Wednesday fun run and is intended to help get new trail runners out on some good trails and a way to learn the trails at Candlers as well.

The run is usually 6-10 miles (60-120 minutes)\, but each person can turn back when they like. The route is rarely marked and we sometimes wait at turns\, but there is no promise of that. DESCRIPTION:The  King of the Mountain 1/2 mile challenge is a trail run that goes straight up the side of Liberty Mountain! This event is presented by Liberty University Student Activities. The race will begin and finish at the intramural fields located underneath the LU monogram on Liberty Mountain. Registration opens January 15th.
