DESCRIPTION:The Water Dog Thursday Night running group are excited to have our friend Bethany Williams join us. Bethany is an accomplished ultramarathon runner and currently holds the fifth fastest Beast Series finishing time for females. \nWhen she’s not crushing on the trails\, she works as Assistant Director of Health and Wellness at Liberty University. She assists with wellness initiatives\, special projects\, and Live Healthy Liberty which is a coalition board. All of these are initiatives to help Liberty be a healthier campus. \nBethany will be sharing some simple ways to live healthier in the new year along with highlighting a dish from The Water Dog. In addition we will share several area businesses whose aim is to improve health and will work with you to achieve your goals. Let’s make 2018 our best and healthiest year yet! \nRun at 6 pm\, presentation at 7 pm. See you there!
