DESCRIPTION:Celebrate National Trails Day by participating in a 5K race on High Bridge Trail State Park sponsored by Centra Southside Community Hospital. The park is a rail to trail conversion and is a wide\, level surface with virtually no grade. Course travels over the world famous High Bridge.  Event is limited to 200 participants.

DESCRIPTION:Start the morning with Yoga Goodness Studio. Breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the beauty of yoga outdoors at Riverside Park. Classes will be taught by studio owner Cyndi Lee and other instructors from Lynchburg’s Yoga Goodness Studio. Bring your yoga mat. In the case of inclement weather\, call (434) 455-5895 to check if class has been canceled or moved to the studio. This special summer session is FREE. No registration required.
