20th Annual What Goes Down Must Come Up 4-Miler

This is a predict your time event. No Watches, Cell Phones, Personal Music Devices, etc.. allowed. Participants are started in order of a predicted time. Fantastic door prizes. Proceeds support charities in the greater Bedford community. This event is organized by the Jefferson Forest High School Cross Country Team.

Girls on the Run of Central Virginia Celebration 5K

This 5k event is the culmination of each Girls on the Run season. Teams located throughout central Virginia gather on the campus of Sweet Briar College participate. The 5k course used the infamous "Dairy Loop".

In general, one distance event highlightsthe evening, followed by 1-2 sprint events. Cost for runners is just one dollar. AgeGroup ribbons for awards. Meets are held each Tuesday in June.
