Celebrate living a healthy lifestyle – freedom from hurts, hang-ups, and habits – with the inaugural It’s Your Life 5k Run and Walk, sponsored by Hampden-Sydney College and Sweet Briar College through a grant from The Association of Recovery in Higher Education (www.collegiaterecovery.org).

After the 5k, join us for a cookout at College Church, sponsored by The Hampden-Sydney College Student Network, with activities provided by the No More Campaign.

This event is free for all Hampden-Sydney and Sweet Briar students. $10 in advance for all others ($20 on the day of the race).
