Lace up for the Free Clinic 5K for Colon Cancer Awareness on Saturday, March 27, 2027. Held during Colon Cancer Awareness Month, the race rallies our community against a cancer that is often preventable through regular screening. Every registration supports free health care for uninsured and underinsured neighbors in Central Virginia.
